About Caitlin

Caitlin was our nanny for a year and became a warm, calm, and engaging presence in our home. She developed wonderful relationships with our children and has a natural ability to connect with kids and keep them engaged through activities they genuinely enjoy. Whether she was playing basketball in the driveway, board games, chess, or simply spending quality time with them, she was fully present and made everyday moments fun. Our children are energetic and each have their own unique needs, and Caitlin was especially wonderful with our neurodivergent son. She met him with patience, understanding, and genuine warmth, and she seemed to instinctively know when to engage, encourage, and support him while also recognizing when to step back and give him space. We always appreciated the calm, steady presence she brought to our home. Caitlin was also an excellent cook and introduced our children to a variety of new foods, many of which they ended up loving. She helped with homework, encouraged independence, and always seemed to know when to step in to provide support and when to let the kids work through things on their own. I always appreciated that balance. One of the things we valued most was how invested she was in our children. It often felt like we were working toward the same goals, and she genuinely cared about their well-being and growth. Our children looked forward to spending time with her, and she brought a positive, nurturing energy to our family every day. Any family looking for a nanny who is calm, interactive, nurturing, and truly enjoys spending time with children would be fortunate to have Caitlin caring for their kids.
