Hello, I'm Caleb. I am an compassionate and dedicated early childhood educator with 8 years of experience providing high-quality care and educational support to children, including 4 years of private childcare experience and 4 years working in collaborative sites and the public school system. Experienced in caring for children with diverse developmental and individual needs, creating age-appropriate activities, promoting positive behaviors and routines, and maintaining strong communication with parents and families.
