About Cali

Hi! My name is Cali and I am an experienced early childhood educator with a strong background as a Lead Teacher at The Goddard School. I am currently earning my Master's degree in Special Education, which has strengthened my understanding with all children. I have extensive experience working with young children and creating structured, engaging, and nurturing environments where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. I love planning days that follow consistent routines while still being fun, interactive, and developmentally appropriate. I believe children thrive when they know what to expect, and I take pride in creating a balance of learning, play, and social-emotional growth. Safety is always my top priority. I am attentive, patient, and proactive in maintaining a secure and positive environment. I am reliable, organized, and passionate about early childhood education.
