I bring 25 years off experience in child care. I love working with children. I am also HHA certified and have been working with the elderly for 6 yrs now I'm patient, calm, and friendly. I believe clear and open communication with parents is essential. I follow their preferred communication method and keep them informed about their child's day, including any issues that may arise. I'm adept at enforcing household rules, following the parents' guidance in this regard. When it comes to activities with children, I enjoy playing board games and solving puzzles with them. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time, and my experience includes caring for children aged 0 to 11. I have a car, so transportation isn't an issue.
