i have never witnessed such a case of lack of cooperation, unwillingness to follow direction and an extreme case of plain insubordination. could not be told or asked to do anything. spends her first hr of work having her breakfast. talks on her cell phone constantly. does not listen to instructions. do not hire this person or leave them alone with an elderly person. lied about experience and background.
