About Carla

I am a former employee of the National Constitution Center (a museum in Philadelphia) and I worked as the Exhibits Assistant in the Exhibits Department. Although I worked with artifacts and did general office work, part of the job was to clean the galleries and any signage for the exhibits inside or outside of each gallery. I had to complete daily duties (spot cleaning), the weekly cleaning (a general cleaning of the gallery), and a monthly cleaning (a deep clean of the gallery). Although most people don't like cleaning, I took a lot of pride in cleaning and maintaining the galleries and felt a sense of accomplishment at the end of any gallery cleaning day.
