About Carla

I have 1 year of personal experience as well as 3 years of professional experience as a medical home health care provider. I worked for a little over a year for one family in the care of their grandmother until her passing in 2010. I have maintained a part time position with the company for the last 2 1/2 years. My personal experience was attained in Puerto Rico when I looked after my grandfather while he underwent hemodialysis. When my elderly uncle was put into a nursing home I was extremely unhappy with his quality of care and rapid health decline. It broke my heart to see him left in those conditions and though impassioned, at that time I didn't have the education of proper certifications to take care of him myself. He passed away before I got the chance to do so. Since I started working in the health care field patient satisfaction and excellent quality care has been solidified as my number one priority. I hope I get the chance to make a difference in your life and/or the life of your loved one.
