Hi! I'm Carlette, and I've been a caregiver for about a year. My first caregiving opportunity inspired me to grow in the healthcare field, leading me to become a CNA and Med Tech. I currently work as a Med Tech/Care Manager in an assisted living facility, where I support seniors with compassion, patience, and respect. I have experience assisting with Alzheimer's and dementia care, activities of daily living (ADLs), medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
