About Carl

Hello! I grew up with both dogs and cats, and one of my earliest summer jobs was dog walking for a good friend while he was away for extended vacations. From there I would pick walking and sitting gigs over time until by the late summer of 2012, I started work with Sam's Best Friends where I began to receive more formal training and acquire true professional skills as a dog walker. My appreciation of the work from here deepened, through years of both rigorous and tranquil walks as well as quiet time sitting with pets in the home. In recent years I have started my own business, Carl's Cats & Canines, and at present have a very modest clientele based in NYC, where I continue to oversee business remotely. I have recently relocated to Saratoga and am presently available in the area to walk and sit your dogs and cats. My rates are negotiable.
