About Carli

Hello, my name is Carli! I'd describe my personality as bubbly, loving, patient and kind. I like working with kids because I love to watch them learn and grow. I love watching the kids get excited over the little things like saying a new word, learning to count, building with new toys, gaining new skills, etc... I started working with kids a about 2. 5 years ago. In 2021, I got a full time job in child care. I currently live with my 2 nieces and am one of their main caretakers. I am also a competitive cheer coach for ages 4-18! In my spare time, I like to workout, hike, camp, hangout with my niece and make lots of healthy foods. One thing you should know about me is I am very consistent and on time. I love to plan activities like baking, art, day trips (like the zoo, picnics, park days!) My skills include having a very structured routine, having fun with the kids and giving kids the attention and learning skills they need to grow!
