Carlo committed to caring for my children weeks in advance and then stopped responding to emails and texts confirming his availability closer to the date. After caring for my kids a handful of times he completely stopped responding. As a result of his lack of communication and committing then not being available my husband and I had to cancel a weekend of plans that we'd paid for in advance and could not receive a refund for. When he did care for my kids ( 3 yrs and infant) he was great with playing, changing diapers and using the bathroom but needed reminders about nap times and making sure the kids ate and slept. He was a good playmate but not a well-rounded caregiver.
