About Carly

I'd describe my personality as being bubbly, genuine, and dependable. I like working with kids because I find it so rewarding to build trusting relationships with the kids I care for and to be someone they feel comfortable turning to. I'm looking for a job that allows me to work closely with others, contribute in a meaningful way, and provide consistent, caring support that contributes positively to children's growth and well-being. In my spare time, I love to read, play guitar, bake, and to spend time outdoors. I am a recent college graduate from WashU where I studied Psychology with minors in Sociology & Children's Studies. One thing you should know about me is I I bring both experience and intentionality to childcare -- I love to be energetic and silly, while responsible and organized. My skills include relationship building and emotional support, supervision and safety awareness, and developmentally informed care. I am adaptable and well-prepared to meet individual needs.
