About Carmen

Viviana (Carmen), who we warmly call Vivi, worked with our family from the time our child was 5 months old until 20 months, and we truly cannot say enough good things about her. From the very beginning, her warmth and genuinely caring nature shone through; we felt an immediate sense of trust leaving our child in her care, which gave us immense peace of mind. Vivi was incredibly talented at keeping our child engaged through every developmental stage. As our daughter grew, she safely drove her around to all sorts of local kids' activities. Vivi knew all the best spots in the area to bring a toddler—proactively taking her to the local zoo, playground play dates, library story times, and music lessons. She was also meticulous about maintaining routines, helping us perfectly track feeds and naps, and always ensuring our child was well-fed and cared for. Beyond her exceptional childcare, Vivi constantly went above and beyond. Even though it was outside the scope of her work, she helped us tremendously around the house. When we moved, she jumped right in to help clean and organize. The nursery and baby laundry were consistently cleaner than we could ever keep them ourselves! For a large portion of her time with us, we lived with our child’s grandparents, and Vivi integrated into our multi-generational household seamlessly. She truly felt like a part of the family. Any household would be incredibly lucky to have her—we recommend her without hesitation!
