I hired Carmen to drive me to and from a colonoscopy appointment and wait for me while I was there. I was a bit nervous that whoever I hired wouldn't show up, I'd miss the appointment and have to do colonoscopy prep all over again in the future. Thankfully, Carmen showed up right on schedule and got me to my appointment on time. She is a very pleasant person and I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.
