While Carymn seemed nice via chat and seemed like a good fit for our family, she periodically stopped communicating which should have been a red flag. While I gave her the benefit of just being busy since it was the end of the school year, I again reached out to figure out an interview date and estimated start date if she would accept our family, out of the blue I get a message that she's now committed to another family. So I went from great communication, radio silence, give additional time to get life in order to I'm now accepting a job elsewhere.
