Carol applied to my job posting, and I was excited to get the opportunity to meet and interview her. She was very energetic and excited to be coming in. We setup a time and everything. She then asked if we would be paying her to come in for this interview. When i explained we would not be paying her to interview, however there would be paid training and shadowing and then a regular salary she stopped responding and passed the time of her interview.
