About Carolayn

Hi All! I've been a devoted caregiver and ally for young children and their families for two decades. In the last 10 years I built a successful career as a Nanny in Colorado. I take great pride in caring for littles and truly enjoy being present with them. I am currently in between contracts and would love to connect with families in the valley that are seeking high quality childcare. I specialize in caring for -ages 0-7 -children close in age -being the primary caregiver for 3-4 children at a time Over the years I've developed a strong yet calm confidence that allows for me to jump into any dynamic and create ease for both the children and parents. I have a holistic approach to childcare and have studied various educational philosophies such as Montessori, RIE and Love and Logic. I am best suited for parents that are open to gentle care with firm boundaries. I am happy to help with meal prep, cleaning, laundry, etc as requested. As well as overnight care, if needed.
