Our family appreciated the care she provided for our children. During our time working together, punctuality was occasionally a challenge, as she was often a few minutes late. Unfortunately, our arrangement ended when she did not arrive for a scheduled shift and I was unable to reach her despite multiple attempts. Reliable communication is very important when it comes to childcare, so this was a difficult situation for our family. I wish her the best and hope everything is okay.
