About Carolina

Hi! I'm Carolina, a warm, reliable, and experienced childcare professional with over 4 years of experience caring for children of different ages. I currently work as a Special Education Teacher Aide in a school district and previously worked as a Lead Teacher in an early childhood setting, primarily with infants and toddlers. I hold a Bilingual CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential and am CPR & First Aid certified. I have both classroom and one-on-one childcare experience, supporting children with daily routines, learning activities, behavior guidance, safety, and social-emotional development. I also have experience working with children with special needs. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and am known for being patient, caring, attentive, and dependable. I enjoy creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to learn and play.
