Caregiver was extremely negligent when caring for my baby. She ignored him, continued to be on her phone, mind you this is a 8 month old baby being left alone to crawl and cry while she sat around texting. She forced fed him while holding down his hands and screamed cried. I am almost tempted to report her to the authorities.
