Hi parents! My name is Caroline, and I have nearly seven years of experience caring for children from the newborn stage through school age. My background includes daytime care, overnight newborn care as a Certified Newborn Care Specialist, and nanny-share positions. These experiences have strengthened my ability to understand children's unique needs at every stage, manage multiple routines, and provide patient, organized, and dependable care. I'm comfortable managing meals, naps, school routines, transportation, and age-appropriate activities that support learning, creativity, and physical development. I value open communication and work closely with parents to ensure consistency, trust, and the best care possible for their child.
