She is a smart and caring nanny for our 11 week old son. She gave me a great first impression when I interviewed her and she did not disappoint when I hired her. Her calm personality is perfect for watching an infant. I could immediately tell when I arrived home after a long day at work that my son was relaxed and comfortable. It certainly was nice to come home to him napping peacefully. Caroline was punctual, and this is a big deal considering she drives all the way from Burbank to Culver City during morning traffic. I appreciated knowing that she would show up when she said she would. I would highly recommend Caroline, if I'm not using her first of course!
