About Caroline

We are so grateful to have found Caroline as a part time nanny to our three young kids (5,3 and 1yo). Caroline is prompt, professional and always keeps an air of calm no matter the crisis a toddler has cooked up. She engages with the kids right on the floor with them, and is quick on her feet to brainstorm new solutions on how to make an activity work for everybody. Right away she was very clever with winning over 3yo in the powerstruggle stage, and she has also successfully managed them in the early stage of potty training. Caroline is really thoughtful and attentive, not only do I feel actually heard as a parent and that she takes my needs and values seriously, but she also remembers tiny helpful details on days when they’re slipping from my mind (like using swim safe hair accessories on swim lessons day so we won’t have a meltdown redoing braids later). I would fully recommend Caroline for any of your care needs, she truly brings peace of mind wherever she goes.
