Former educator open to part-time opportunities to provide childcare/tutoring services! I have loved working with kids of all ages, ever since I was in middle school and started babysitting younger kids in my neighborhood. Since then, I've worked as a camp counselor, private tutor, student teacher during college, first-grade teacher at an all-girls private school, and a college/career counselor for a college access/success nonprofit organization. Most recently, I ran the residential program at Smith College's PreCollege Summer Program for high schoolers to "experience" college life for a few weeks. I studied education (and art - love to craft with kiddos!) in college and would bring a wealth of knowledge as well as experience from past positions working with youth :) to any nannying/tutoring opportunities.
