About Caroline

Hi! My name is Caroline, and I'm a recent Michigan State University graduate with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Human Behavior and Services. I'm passionate about working with children and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. I have experience working with children through residential summer camp, where I cared for children of different ages and personalities, helped them navigate new experiences, and encouraged them to step outside their comfort zones. I'm responsible, patient, energetic, and creative, and I enjoy finding fun ways to keep kids engaged. I also have experience raising a service-dog puppy, which strengthened my patience, responsibility, and ability to follow individualized routines. I'm comfortable with pets and happy to help with pet care as well. I'd love the opportunity to support your family and provide dependable, caring, and engaging care!
