An amazing caregiver! My colleague is truly one of the kindest and most dedicated people in her line of work. She has been a joy to work with, as we've been part of a care team supporting an elderly couple with dementia. Dream team! She’s patient, gentle, and has excellent communication skills with family and other team members. Her warm personality makes clients feel comfortable and valued, and she consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does. I would highly recommend Caroline R. to be a part of your care team! Warmest Regards=), Paige M., RN-BSN
