About Caroline

Hello! My name is Caroline! I have been in the child care business since I was 13. I have two nephews who are both on the spectrum who I have babysat since they were both newborns. I also worked as a behavioral specialist for Center for Social Dynamics in Rohnert Park. Where I worked one on one with kids on the spectrum to work on different goals each kid had. My other qualifications include a college degree in Medical Assisting. I also have First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications. As well as a clean driving record and reliable car. My caregiving style is rooted in patience, creativity, and communication. Whether we are playing outdoors, solving puzzles, or engaging in educational games, I strive to make every day impactful.
