About Caroline

I am an experienced teacher and caregiver with a passion for helping children feel respected and nurtured. I have 15 years of experience as a Montessori teacher for children from infancy to third grade. I have Montessori credentials for early childhood (ages 2. 5-6 years) and lower elementary (1st-3rd grade), as well as Montessori infant/toddler training. I have tutored and substituted for middle-schoolers and have a young adult child of my own. I have recently returned to school to study speech-language pathology. I am looking for a part time position so that I can continue to work with children while I complete my courses. I miss connecting with children and their families, and being a partner in supporting the child's development! I have dedicated my career to observing, connecting with, and serving the individual needs of the children I have cared for and taught.
