About Carol Michelle

I have been working with children since I was 16 years old and have accumulated over 5000 hours of childcare experience. I recently moved to Westlake on March. I have experience caring for children from 3 months to 15 years old, including those with typical development and special needs. I am passionate about supporting children's growth, building their confidence, and creating a positive, nurturing environment where they can thrive. I enjoy spending time outdoors and exploring places such as museums, zoos, and parks. I am always open to new adventures, regardless of the weather. I can drive both manual and automatic vehicles, as well as ATVs and jet skis. What I enjoy most about childcare is being part of a child's journey as they grow, learn, and develop into their unique selves.
