About Carolyn

I'd describe my personality as joyful, insightful, and compassionate. I enjoy working with kids because they are our future - their wonder is inspiring and the energy and joy of a child is a gift. I'm looking for a job that allows me to care for others in a meaningful way. I started working with kids when I was a kid myself! From the age of 12, I've been babysitting my younger family members, currently spanning from ages 2 to 11. In high school, I also enjoyed working as a camp counselor during summers and volunteering at a deaf preschool. In my spare time, I like to sing, play piano and guitar, and read. I love evening runs and morning walks. One thing you should know about me is I am conscientious and detail oriented. The care that I provide is intentional and nurturing, and it is important to me that I contribute vibrantly and positively to the rhythms of your family. My skills include patience, active listening, food prep, hygiene, empathy, and daily routines.
