About Kayla

Hi! I'm Kayla, and I have over 8 years of experience caring for children of all ages through nannying, family assistant roles, and working in special education. I also have a Master of Social Work (MSW), which has given me a strong understanding of child development, communication, and creating a safe, supportive environment for kids. I've worked with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, and have always enjoyed building relationships with each age group. I love finding activities that match their interests and developmental stage while creating a fun and supportive environment. My goal is always to make children feel safe, happy, and confident while giving parents peace of mind. I'm dependable, patient, organized, and truly enjoy building lasting relationships with the families I work with. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your children, and I take that responsibility seriously.
