Hi all! I'm a certified postpartum doula and I've worked with families my entire adulthood. I offer in home support shortly after birth, and I'm there to help you navigate all the highs and lows of new parenthood. I can help with breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding, and I fully support families on the feeding journey that works best for their lifestyle. If you have questions about what to expect in terms of postpartum recovery, or what to expect in your infant's development, I'm there to answer your questions and offer reassurance. I'm communicative, warm, and proactive, and it is a part of my mission to be supportive and inclusive of all families. I've worked professionally with families for over 15 years, and I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I'm vaccinated and boosted, I've received the Tdap shot, and I get a yearly flu shot.

Carrie is so sweet! We were visiting from out of town and needed someone to watch our 11 week old while we went to a concert. As a FTM I was a little anxious, but Carrie sent pictures/updates easing my mind. I wish she lived closer to us so I could hire her all the time! We can’t thank Carrie enough for making our trip a memorable experience!
