I spent years as a young teenager taking care of my great-grandmother with dementia alongside my family. I helped with daily tasks like cooking meals, prep and give medication, making coffee, cleaning up the space, errands, and laundry. Through my care, I like to build companionship and comfort through communication or planned activities. I assist seniors in fun engaging activities like games, movie days, self-care to make their days happier and fulfilling.
