We hired Cassandra as our summer nanny when our daughter was just 3.5 months old. Now that she's 6 months old, we only have three weeks left with Cassandra, and we're so sad to see our time with her coming to an end. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about Cassandra. She is incredibly reliable—she has been on time every day she was scheduled to work and has always been dependable. What has impressed us most is how engaged she is with our daughter. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her growth and development. She has spent so much time working on tummy time, and thanks to her dedication, our daughter's head control has become excellent! Cassandra also takes her on daily walks and is always interacting with her in thoughtful ways. She is endlessly patient, has such a warm and positive energy, and has been wonderful about maintaining a consistent routine that works really well for our daughter. Our daughter absolutely adores her, and the bond they've built over the past three months has been so special to watch. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Cassandra care for our daughter this summer. I felt like I could go to work everyday without any concerns because I knew my daughter was in excellent hands. Any family would be lucky to have her, and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
