About Cassie

Hi, I'm Cassie, I recently started at Macomb Community College to pursue a career in nursing. I was initially studying physical therapy at OU and changed my mind when the pandemic started. I decided that I wanted to be as close as possible to the issue to make a difference. I currently work at Royal Oak Beaumont as a Nursing Assistant but I plan to take a step back from my night shift role here to focus on school. I absolutely adore taking care of kids, I've been babysitting since I was 12-13, I started off watching the young kids in my neighborhood, then moved on to my friend's children and now my nephew. I have experience with infants as young as a week old and premies. I love helping with homework, outside activities, as well as inside activities like crafts and reading! I love sports, I have participated in a wide variety, from figure skating to wrestling. I'm responsible, reliable, hardworking and truly love what I do.
