About Catherine

Hi, my name is Catherine! I have over 11 years of paid childcare experience, and have worked as a nanny full time for the past 4 years. I love working with kids of all ages, and I have a background in labor doula training, so I especially enjoy working with infants and postpartum families. I have a bachelors from DePaul University in Peace, Justice and Conflict Studies and I am currently getting my Masters of Social Work at Loyola University of Chicago. I am passionate about providing wholistic, evidence-based care for children, and believe in meeting each child where they are at in order to best support their individual needs and development. I am empathetic, reliable and communicative and hope to connect with a family with whom I can develop a trusting and collaborative relationship.
