About Catherine

I am a compassionate and experienced senior care professional with over five years of hands-on experience supporting older adults. In my current role as a Care Coach, I advocate for seniors by helping them navigate their care needs and maintain their independence and quality of life. Prior to this, I worked as a Home Health Aide, where I provided direct, personalized care in home settings. In addition to my professional background, I am currently caring for my elderly father, which has deepened my understanding, patience, and commitment to providing attentive and respectful care. I am skilled in assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and safe transfers. I also provide support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, heavy chores, grocery shopping, and transportation. I take pride in creating a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment for the individuals and families I serve.
