Cathy makes a great effort to engage my 88 year old Uncle, who suffers from advanced dementia and is on hospice, in conversation. She is attentive and caring and takes great care to ensure his comfort and safety. Even in my Uncle's more difficult moments, Cathy maintains her easygoing nature and patience and skillfully manages him into moving towards a more cooperative response to what's needed. We fully trust her to care for him in our absence and feel completely comfortable in leaving the house while he is in her care.
