I have successfully raised my two daughters, aged 25 and 23, and am in the process of raising my son, 9. By successfully, I not only mean they have achieved academically and professionally. I mean they are kind, intelligent, caring adults. My husband and I adopted our son through foster care when he was 2 years old - with us since birth. He is thriving as a human and academically. Being an older parent this second time around has really taught me to enjoy whatever stage a child is in, to be present and interactive with them.
