I am a grandmother-want-to-be and just love kids. I have my own grown son and currently work at a church nursery twice a week. In addition, I am caring for a 15 mo. old girl; however, this assignment ends on March 1st. Both would provide excellent references. I have a very nurturing nature and an innate ability to care for children. I believe that my wealth of life experience contributes to my calm approach to child care. I love to play with the children and come up with creative games that we both enjoy. Communication between the parents and myself is integral in creating a successful relationship. I am also a part-time pet sitter and my clients would attest to my dependability and trustworthiness. I quit my corporate career to do something that I really enjoy. Child care and pet sitting have both been very rewarding. I have taken a babysitting course as well as Red Cross's Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course.

Cathy has been a literal godsend to our family. We went into our search for childcare very cautiously, as I don’t think either of us were ready to hand our little one over to someone else just yet. From the moment I heard Cathy’s voice as she came through our front door, I knew we were in good hands. Our 15-month old daughter loves her and gets so excited when “Miss Cathy” arrives every morning. Her services have allowed my husband and I to work from home peacefully, knowing that our daughter is in the care of a fun, energetic and creative caregiver. I highly recommend Cathy!
