About Cathy

I am a mother of two children, one grown and a 16-year-old. I have been a substitute teacher in the public schools. I am extremely creative, patient and have a genuine love for the individuality and inquisitive nature of children. Though I was a business major in college, my hearts desire was always to teach. Anyone who was in my home thought I taught or cared for kids as one whole closet is full of games, puzzles and art supplies. I'm proud of my 21 year history as a home room mom, tutor kids K-3rd & am a home organizing coach in my spare time. Ideally, I am looking for a job that includes things like: Child drop off & pick up, transport to after school activities, assisting with homework, errands, snacks, meals & PLAYING! I have a current finger print card, am in the process of getting CPR & first aid trained, have a newer safe & well maintained vehicle. Love kids! Great references on request.
