With three years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I bring compassion and a detail-oriented approach to every care situation. I am passionate about supporting adults and seniors, and their independence. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular text or phone call check-ins. I provide transportation, run errands, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I also have CPR and First Aid Training.
