Catrina is fantastic with my daughters who are two and four. We've hired her as an "enrichment guide" and she goes above and beyond in her title. She watches my girls while I work from home, and I can tell how much they love their time with her, simply by the fact they will go five hours without coming into my office even once. That has never happened with a babysitter or even with dad home. Catrina is thoughtful about every care session, bringing things from home, teaching the girls through positive reinforcement, doing homeschool lessons, prioritizing outdoor time, and so much more. She even thinks about their enrichment when she's not working. We are so grateful to have found her and hope we can have her supporting us for many years to come.
