About Cayanne

Hello! My name is Cayanne and I recently moved from Los Angeles CA -> Omaha NE for an externship in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I have always been passionate about working with children and families, but have recently found my niche in supporting fragile infants. I am currently in my last year of graduate school to become a Speech Language Pathologist. Before moving to NE, I worked as a speech language pathologist in CA for 2. 5 years. I have worked with children with mild to severe special needs at the preschool and elementary level. I also nannied for one family for three years while in Undergrad. The daughter, mother, and I have a group chat called "besties"! In May, I will be seeking a part - full time position. I would love to stay and support one family for a year while I finish my degree, but can make short term work as well. My ideal fit is caring for an infant as I plan to specialize in the NICU following graduation. Looking forward to connecting!
