About Cayden

Hi, my name is Cayden! I'm a 19-year-old Junior in college. I'm majoring in Forensic Psychology and minoring in English. I have experience working with children newborn to 13 years old. I have been babysitting/nannying on and off since I was 13! My experience with children outside of nannying stems from working as a swim instructor, ages 3 months up to 13 years old. During this experience I learned how to be engaging, attentive, respectful, and understanding of individual needs and challenges. I have also worked as a RBT, working with children on the autism spectrum alongside a BCBA to create structured routines and build confidence in social interactions and interpersonal communications through encouraging learned coping skills and emotional regulation. I am lifeguard certified so that also includes CPR and First Aid certifications! I have my own car, am a non-smoker, and am completely comfortable with any array of pets!
