Hi! My name is Cayla, and I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to adolescents. I have babysat many children within my own family as well as for other families, which has helped me develop strong childcare, communication, and problem-solving skills. In addition to my childcare experience, I have a strong background working with children and adolescents through my education and professional experiences. This has given me knowledge of child development, social-emotional well-being, behavior management, and creating safe, supportive environments where children can feel comfortable I genuinely enjoy working with children and love helping them learn, grow, and have fun.
