Cecilia began with our family as a nanny when my baby was 4 months old. From the start, she was punctual, reliable, and great with communication. She was flexible with supporting me to feed the baby when possible and bottle feed otherwise. She took the baby out daily to the park, engaged in tummy time, and played music (which my baby loves). Also, I appreciated her ideas for making bathtime more pleasant and her help with laundry. She has many years of experience caring for twins and is open to nannyshare, too!
