About Cecilia

Cece has been our beloved nanny for the past year, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly! Our son is transitioning to 5 day/week full-day preschool, which is the only reason we are parting ways. As working parents, Cece’s reliability and professionalism have been invaluable to our family. She is exceptionally punctual, dependable, and consistent every step of the way. Our son absolutely adores Cece and has so much fun with her. He is constantly talking about her over the weekends and runs to give her the biggest hug every time she arrives! Even friends who have seen them out at the park have marveled at her presence with him. She strikes the perfect balance of being completely engaged and attentive while encouraging his independence to explore. With decades of experience as a career nanny, she helped guide us through the entire transition from babyhood into the toddler stage, teaching us so much along the way. She has created a wonderful sense of structure and fun that has remarkably helped his development, and her warm, steady presence made every milestone easier to navigate. Beyond her incredible experience, Cece is exceptionally clean, organized, and proactive. She is wonderfully creative with outings, always planning fun activities that keep our son engaged, and she actively helps foster playdates and social time while they're out (she even helped me make local mom friends!). Cece is loving, safety-conscious, and truly feels like family. Any home would be beyond lucky to have her. We will miss her dearly!
