Hello! I would describe my personality as calm, caring, fun, playful, adaptable to change, sociable, and observant. I enjoy working with children because I appreciate the innocence in how they speak, think, and express themselves. I love their sincerity! I believe that hours, benefits, and even compensation are negotiable, as long as both parties seek fairness. In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, hiking, and spending time with my family. My skills include proactivity, organization, commitment, and understanding in following instructions. I am Brazilian, a mother of two adult children, a grandmother of a 10-year-old, and I have worked with families with children from newborns to 7 years old. I believe in respecting children, leading by example, and in setting limits and good manners. I also believe in guiding them through difficult times.
