I'm a nurturing childcare provider with 10+ years of experience. I've dedicated my career to fostering children's growth and development and am passionate about making a positive impact on their lives. As an elementary educator, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my role as a caregiver. As a patient, calm, and friendly individual, I create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. I believe in open and honest communication and work closely with parents to ensure their child's needs are met. I follow the parents' preferred communication method to keep them informed throughout the day and address any issues that may arise. I'm very comfortable with routines and household rules and providing a structured environment for children. I believe in setting clear boundaries while still allowing children to explore and learn. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, crafts, outdoor activities, and educational games that promote learning.
